Coney Green Drive Allotments are a rural oasis in the heart of Northfield and Longbridge

The Allotment Shop is open. It is planned to open the shop Saturdays & Sundays 11:00-12:30 when there are sufficient volunteers to staff it. Currently please ask Paul the Site Manager when he is onsite or message him if you want to buy something.

The AGM will be held on site on Sunday 1st June at 12:00 followed by a communal barbeque.

Bonfires - Please note we are only allowed to have bonfires on the site in November. There are strict rules about when you can have them and how they are supervised. Please see the News Page for more information.

You will need to apply to the committee if you wish to construct a polytunnel. The application form can be downloaded here.

We are a site of approximately 70 plots, with many plot holders using a wide range of gardening techniques including traditional methods, organic, raised beds, no dig etc. There are water stand pipes on site, male & female toilets, a community shed and a shop that sells gardening materials and seeds at very competitive prices.
We hold communal events over the year including barbecues and table sales.
Newcomers are welcome and helpful advice is readily offered if needed.
The site is owned by Birmingham City Council but managed by the Allotment Association on site which is a committee of plot holders.
