Coney Green Drive Allotments are a rural oasis in the heart of Northfield and Longbridge

Plots have now become available so if you are interested please email us now  or phone or message our Site Manager Paul Davies on 07497683352.

The Allotment Rents for 2025-2026 are due from the 1st October. They can now only be paid by money transfer. Everyone will be contacted by the Treasurer and Site Secretary with details of how much to pay for their plot (it depends on plot size and whether your 65 or older) and the Bank Account details for payment.

The Allotment Shop is open. Please ask Paul Davies the Site Manager when he is onsite or message him on 07497683352 if you want to buy something.

Bonfires - Please note we are only allowed to have bonfires on the site in November. There are strict rules about when you can have them and how they are supervised. Please see the News Page for more information.

You will need to apply to the committee if you wish to construct a polytunnel. The application form can be downloaded here.

We are a site of approximately 70 plots, with many plot holders using a wide range of gardening techniques including traditional methods, organic, raised beds, no dig etc. There are water stand pipes on site, male & female toilets, a community shed and a shop that sells gardening materials and seeds at very competitive prices.
We hold communal events over the year including barbecues and table sales.
Newcomers are welcome and helpful advice is readily offered if needed.
The site is owned by Birmingham City Council but managed by the Allotment Association on site which is a committee of plot holders.
Plot Enquiries: Email us with your name address and contact phone number or ring the Site Manager Paul Davies on 07497683352
. Alternatively phone the allotments team at Birmingham City Council on 0121-303-3038 who will put you in touch with other sites nearby which may have available plots.
